Our stay at Mandarin Hotel was great! The hotel had a modern design and our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and had a nice shower. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always responding quickly to any questions we had. The location was perfect, with many restaurants, pubs, and popular sights within walking distance. The breakfast had a nice variety of food and the pool was refreshing. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, being near an MRT station and the vibrant Silom area with many bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with a luxurious bathroom. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, they were very helpful with extending our stay. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, including a helpful reception and a well-equipped gym. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our room. We will definitely be back!

One drawback of our stay was the lack of nice walking/eating areas in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. We had to walk to Si Lom to find good dinner places.

i loved staff and food, as well as every other detail. lots of supplies in the room: a safe, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels and a fridge. i really enjoyed a bidet in my private bathroom. set close to 40 bus station.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was super clean, with gleaming floors and modern, well-appointed bathrooms. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities, including the pool, gym, and massage center, were great. We also loved the hotel's ideal location, just a short walk from a shopping center and the city center, and close to a rail station. And let's not forget the amazing breakfast buffet, with a great selection of delicious food.

The location was perfect, it is located in a convenience area within walking distance to Silom bar area and just a short walk from Sam Yan MRT station. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which was great as we were looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The service was exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning and housekeeping available throughout our stay. There were plenty of shops and commercial services nearby, and a limousine service if we needed to travel further afield. The airport shuttle was also very convenient.

The location of the hotel is great, with the metro station just a 5-minute walk away. It's convenient to explore the city and away from the madness of downtown. being near a university adds a vibrant atmosphere to the surroundings.

The doors of the rooms have a design flaw that results in them banging loudly when closed. This can be disturbing, especially for light sleepers, and interrupts a peaceful night's sleep.
